Summer 2023 Events (May 7 – August 16, 2023)

We are currently accepting new reservation requests for Summer 2023 events in all of our locations. Please submit requests via the Event Request Form or the EMS WebApp.

Fall 2023 Events (August 17 – December 21, 2023)

We are currently accepting new reservation requests for Fall 2023 events in all of our locations. Please submit requests via the Event Request Form or the EMS WebApp. 

Spring 2024 Events (January 2 – May 4, 2024)

We will begin accepting new reservation requests for Spring 2024 on a rolling 12-month timeline from the date of the event in the locations listed below:

• Talley Student Union Ballrooms
• Witherspoon Cinema
• Hunt Library Duke Energy Hall – pending Hunt Early Booking approval
• Stafford Commons – special events only 

New reservation requests for Spring 2024 events for our other locations will begin November 1, 2023
