Spring 2025 Events (January 2 – May 4, 2025)

We are now accepting new reservation requests for Spring 2025 in all event locations:

• Talley Student Union
• Witherspoon Student Center
• Outdoor Spaces – Stafford Commons, Harris Field, Wolf Plaza, Governors Scott Courtyard, Court of North Carolina, Bostian Lawn, Gardner Arboretum, Mary Yarborough Courtyard

Summer 2025 Events (May 5, 2025 – August 16, 2025)

We will begin accepting new reservation requests for Summer 2025 on a rolling 12-month timeline from the date of the event in the locations listed below:

• Talley Student Union Ballrooms
• Witherspoon Auditorium
• Washington Sankofa Room
• Stafford Commons – special events only 

New reservation requests for Summer 2025 events for our other locations will begin March 1, 2025

Fall 2025 Events (August 17, 2025 – December 23, 2025)

We will begin accepting new reservation requests for Fall 2025 on a rolling 12-month timeline from the date of the event in the locations listed below:

• Talley Student Union Ballrooms
• Witherspoon Auditorium
• Washington Sankofa Room
• Stafford Commons – special events only 

New reservation requests for Fall 2025 events for our other locations will begin April 1, 2025
