Technology Sales Associate – Spring 2025
Campus Enterprises Mission: Campus Enterprises is NC State’s division of retail and hospitality organizations. Each department is dedicated to providing service excellence, value and enrichment of the student experience in support of academic success.
Purpose: Provide vital support to Campus Enterprises by providing an excellent experience for all guests.
Job Summary
The primary purpose of the position is to provide excellent customer service and shopping experience to all guests shopping at the WolfPack Outfitters Technology Department.
Pay rate: $10.75 per hour with opportunity for raises based on years of service within Campus Enterprises.
Work Schedule: Shift assignments are allocated based on employee availability and class schedules. Shifts may be assigned within these parameters during any hours Wolfpack Outfitters is open. Most employees receive 15-20 hours/week.
Essential functions and responsibilities include but not limited to:
Assists customers with purchasing Technology (Customer Service and Tech knowledge).
Maintains accurate records and clean department (Customer paperwork and stock)
Cash Register (Ensures accuracy of transactions)
Preferred Skills:
Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors, peers, and customers
Ability to provide exemplary customer service to every guest
Ability to accurately handle a high volume of transactions quickly
Ability to achieve thoroughness and accuracy when accomplishing tasks
General knowledge of Technology (PC, Mac, and software)
Retail and sales experience
