Catering Exception Request Form

Rave! Catering is the exclusive caterer for Talley Student Union and Witherspoon Student Center. To request an exception to this policy and permission to serve purchased or donated food from an external caterer at an event, complete the form below in its entirety. Forms must be submitted 45 days prior to the event date. All requests will be reviewed by Student Centers, Rave! Catering, and the Division of Academic and Student Affairs. If an exception is granted, an External Catering Agreement Form must be completed and submitted along with an external catering fee ($50 or 10% of total catering bill or value of donation, whichever is greater). Groups will be notified on the outcome of their request by their Student Centers Event Coordinator. Please contact studentcentersevents@ncsu.edu with any questions.
